The Curtain Outdoor Mini combines a PIR motion sensor with a K-band microwave sensor to dramatically reduce false alarms caused by changing weather, vegetation, sunlight, or small animals while delivering reliable intrusion detection. Its narrow "curtain" detection pattern makes it ideal for protecting windows, sliding glass doors, fences, gates, loading docks, and other perimeter openings without monitoring large surrounding areas. The detector is designed for both indoor and outdoor use and features anti-masking protection, adjustable sensitivity, pet immunity mode, and encrypted Jeweller wireless communication. Detection range is up to 5 meters (16 feet) with a communication range of up to 1,700 meters (5,500 feet) in open space. It is powered by pre-installed batteries that provide up to 3 years of operation.
