Ajax ReX 2 Jeweller Wireless Signal Range Extender
Expand the coverage of your Ajax security system with the Ajax ReX 2 Jeweller Wireless Signal Range Extender. Designed for the North & South American frequency, ReX 2 extends secure communication for Ajax devices throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America, making it ideal for large homes, commercial buildings, warehouses, offices, and multi-building properties.
ReX 2 extends the wireless range between compatible Ajax Hubs and connected devices by up to 1,700 meters (5,500 feet) in open space. Unlike the original ReX, ReX 2 supports both the Jeweller and Wings communication protocols, allowing it to relay alarms, events, and photo verification from MotionCam detectors. It also supports Ethernet connectivity, providing an additional communication path for increased system reliability.
ReX 2 maintains encrypted two-way communication, automatically monitors connected devices, includes an internal backup battery that keeps the extender operating during power outages, and integrates seamlessly with compatible Ajax Hubs for reliable security across larger properties.
