Protect your property's perimeter with the Ajax DualCurtain Outdoor Jeweller, a professional-grade wireless outdoor curtain motion detector designed to create two independent, narrow detection zones extending in opposite directions. Unlike conventional outdoor motion detectors that monitor wide areas, DualCurtain Outdoor secures entry points and property boundaries while allowing unrestricted movement within the protected area.

This product is the North & South American Frequency version designed for use in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. It is not compatible with Ajax systems operating on European frequencies.

DualCurtain Outdoor features two opposing curtain motion detectors, each independently adjustable from 4 to 15 meters (13–49 feet). Combined, the detector can protect a perimeter up to 30 meters (98 feet) long, making it ideal for securing windows, doors, fences, gates, loading docks, patios, courtyards, and commercial property boundaries.

Advanced anti-masking technology continuously monitors the detector for attempts to block, cover, or tamper with the sensors. Integrated pet immunity helps ignore animals up to 80 cm (31.5 inches) tall when the detector is installed and configured correctly, reducing nuisance alarms while maintaining dependable intrusion detection.

Each side of the detector can be configured independently with adjustable detection distance, beam direction, and optional Near Area Detection, allowing installers to eliminate blind spots and tailor coverage to the specific installation. Ajax's encrypted Jeweller wireless protocol provides secure communication with compatible hubs up to 1,700 meters (5,575 feet) in open space.

Installation is straightforward using the SmartBracket mounting plate, while all diagnostics, firmware updates, and sensitivity settings are managed remotely through the Ajax Security System app. Powered by two CR123A batteries, DualCurtain Outdoor provides up to 4 years of battery life under normal operating conditions.
